Coordinators: How to Generate a Report to Show Which Materials are Used in a Country

Step 1: Let’s say you want to report on a material used within a specific country, you could get a total  using the table views on the left panel of “Equippings” tab. Click the “Equippings” tab at the top, then click “Total by material: country, age, audience” on the left-hand side.

Step 2: Add in the appropriate fields such as “Location Country” or what “Audience Age” of the materials. For this example, Children and Teen’s were chosen to show how many of these Equippings happened in Colombia.

Step 3: You can either click “Export” to report out the number of Equippings. If you would like more information, “Click” details under the “Action” column of the materials used.
