Coordinators: How to Generate a Report for Finding a List of Facilitators in a Particular Country

Step 1: For reporting facilitators within a country, click on “Facilitators” tab on the top navigation. Then click “Facilitator: location, language, level” table view on the left-hand panel. 

Step 2: Within this search you can specify the reporting information by “Country”, “Certifications”, and “Dates”. You may also specify if the facilitator “Has activities. Fill out the necessary information, then hit “Execute Query”. 

Example: In this case, let’s say you want to find how many people have the Classic TH “Healing Group Facilitator” certification within United States, and you want to find out how many got this within a year, simply fill out the necessary fields above and click “Execute Query”.

Step 3: Scroll down to the table with the listed facilitator information, then click the “Export” button for the appropriate format you wish to download this report.
