How to View a Facilitator Record in the THI Database

Step 1: You can search for facilitators in The THI Database by using their primary email, contact name, or both. From the “facilitators” tab click on “facilitators search” view on the left-hand side of the screen in the ‘Views’ menu. Input the primary email or contact name and click “execute query”.

Step 2: When you click “execute query”, it will populate the results below. Click “view” or “edit” based on what you want to do with the record.  (If you click on their name in the column titled ‘contact’ it will take you to their contact record, not their facilitator record with their certifications and record of trauma healing activity record.)

Step 3: Click “view” on the facilitator record.

Step 4: On the facilitator's record page, you can:

  • Edit Certifications: Accessible for both Coordinators and Master Facilitators.
  • Edit Other Details: Coordinators can edit additional information, including countries of ministry and facilitator activities.

Step 5: To view or edit specific sections of the facilitator’s record (e.g., “Countries of Ministry,” “Certifications,” or “Facilitator Activities”), scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the corresponding blue tabs. Here are some things to consider:

  • Certification Elevation (e.g., Healing Group Facilitator to Training Facilitator):
  • Why Use the “Facilitator Activities” Tab?
  • If you are unsure where to make a change:
    • Use the “Facilitator Activities” tab to add or edit records related to activities and role progression.
    • Use the “Certifications” tab to modify or update facilitator certifications.
