How to Report an Advanced Equipping

Step 1: Click on “My Reporting”, then “Equipping Session” and then “Report an event”.

Step 2: Fill out the event information step 1 of 3 and click “Save and next”

Step 3: Add the participants’ email addresses if they did not register on the events page. If they register on the events page, the participants should come up automatically.

If your participants do not have email addresses, here's how to add them to the report form:

  1. Please click the "Add by full name" option on the page.
  2. Fill out the participants by first and last name. Be sure to click the "+" sign when adding more than one participant.

3. Click “Add” and a new page will pop up with newly generated email addresses.

4. Click "Save and next" to move onto the next steps.

Step 4: Confirm eligibility and click “add” if eligible. Confirm each participant’s eligibility to attend the Advanced Equipping. You may receive several different messages at this stage:

1. If you receive a message saying that someone is underqualified to attend this Advanced Equipping, you are likely receiving this message because this person does not have the two required healing groups attached the email address that they are registering with. Here are some solutions:

  • Confirm that they are registering with the same email address associated with their THI account. If they are not, they should register with that email address.
  • Confirm that they have completed the required two practicum healing groups. If they have but did not report, ask them to submit their reports via the THI website.
  • If you are a Master Facilitator or Coordinator, and are allowing someone to attend an Advanced Equipping even though they did not complete the required two practicum healing groups, you can override this error message by clicking the check box next to their name.

2. If you receive a message saying that someone is overqualified to attend this Advanced Equipping, that means that the email address associated with their registration already has a certification higher than Apprentice Facilitator attached to it. If you are a Coordinator or Master Facilitator and are allowing someone to attend an Advanced Equipping even though they already completed one, you can override this error message by clicking the check box next to their name.

Step 5: Review information and click “Save and next”.

Step 6: Complete all information on the “Other information page”.

For “Select Participant Certification and Mentor”, please follow these guidelines:

Under Result, indicate “passed” or “not passed” for each individual.

  • “Passed” indicates that they successfully completed the Advanced Equipping and that you are elevating their certification to either Healing Group Facilitator or Training Facilitator. Indicate the certification in the “Certification” column.
  • “Not passed” indicates that their certification is not being elevated, and they will remain an Apprentice Facilitator.

Step 7: Fill out all other necessary information and click “Save”.

Step 8: To see your report, go back to the “My Reporting” dashboard after your report is saved.
