How do I get new Apprentice Facilitators access to the THI facilitator website?

First, you, as the trainer, MUST report the Equipping Session to the THI Database.  Failure to do this will result in your new Apprentice Facilitators not having the appropriate level of access to the Materials Library on the THI Website. If you need assistance in completing your equipping session report, follow the instructions in this tutorial. In this report, you must assign anyone who passed the Initial Equipping as an "Apprentice Facilitator". Otherwise, they will not be able to see the materials they need to lead their future healing groups. 

Next, if your new Apprentice Facilitators haven't done so yet, encourage them to sign up for an account on the THI Website. Please note: they MUST sign up/log in using the same email address you used to add them to the Equipping report form. If they use a different email address, their accounts will not sync up properly and the system will not recognize them. 

If you successfully reported your equipping session AND if your Apprentice Facilitators sign up/sign in using the correct email address, they will automatically have access to Apprentice Facilitator level resources to help them lead their future healing groups.
